1: Komen er meer landen bij?

Er komen meer landen bij, alleen is het onzeker welk land het word. Mocht er een land bij komen kan je dat via pagina nieuws zien.

2: Waarom zie ik niet alle landen?

De landen die je als optie hebt zijn de landen waar ik ben geweest. Ik probeer jullie te laten zien hoe mooi de bestemming is. Het kan inderdaad zijn dat er landen niet bij zitten maar waar je wel van wilt weten hoe het daar was. Je kan gerust een bericht sturen via contact de pagina waarin je je nu begeeft.

3: Hoe weet ik of er nieuws is?

Als je mij volgt op instagram kan je dat zien via mijn story. Ik geef regelmatig updates over deze site. Ook zal ik jullie er zoveel mogelijk bij betrekken om goede content te maken. Als er nieuws is zie je dat direct op mijn story. Je kan dan via de link meteen naar mijn site gaan. De link staat ook in mijn biografie als je de site niet kan vinden.

4: Word deze site ook geüpdatet?

Jazekers, er komt elke maand wel 1 of meerdere updates. Het is belangrijk om de site up to date te houden. Waneer de update komt zal een week van te voren in de topbalk te zien zijn. Ook zal de duur van de update erbij staan. 

5: Kan ik mijn ideeën sturen?

Reis tips of landen die ik voor de website moet bezoeken kan je per email info@matthijsreisblog.nl versturen. Belangrijk is om goed te vertellen waarom ik naar dat kan zou gaan voor een vakantie. Ik wil ook plekken hebben in dat land wat ik zou moeten bezoeken. Uiteindelijk gaat Matthijs kijken of het goed in beeld te brengen is. 

6: Waar kan ik de film van Amerika bekijken?

Dat kan bij Films Amerika | Movie Amerika 🇺🇸🎬 

Ga naar movies> movie North America> kies jouw gewenste film.

7: Mag ik foto's of video's delen?

Nee dat mag niet, het is niet de bedoeling dat je foto's en video's die ik heb gemaakt gaat delen met andere mensen. Wel kan je deze site delen. 

8: Wat zijn de regels op deze website?

Elke website heeft zijn eigen regels. Ook ik heb mijn eigen regels. Die kan je heel uitgebreid lezen in het Regelement ⚖️. Er staan veel regels in. Lees het goed door om misverstanden te voorkomen.

9: Wat moet ik doen als ik een probleem ondervind?

De grote van je probleem maakt niet uit. Wat wel uitmaakt is waar je je probleem meld. Meld je jouw probleem via whatsapp of Instagram dan word jouw klacht niet verholpen. Alle problemen moeten via de e-mail verstuurd worden. Beschrijf jouw probleem en maak een screen shot van het probleem. Voeg die toe als bestand. Zo kan ik zien wat er is. Via het regelement kan je lezen waneer jouw probleem of klacht een spoed klacht word. Of waneer jouw probleem niet word opgelost omdat het simpel weg niet gaat. 

10: Waneer gaat de site offline?

De website gaat in een paar scenario's offline om de veiligheid voor de bezoekers te waarborgen. In het regelement artikel 4 kan je zien waneer de site offline gaat. Het liefst is de site 24/7 online. Maar in een aantal gevallen kan de site offline gaan.

Travel tips or countries that I have to visit for the website can be sent by email to info@matthijsreisblog.nl. It is important to tell me why I could go to that for a holiday. I also want to have places in that country that I should visit. In the end, Matthijs will see if it is good to portray.

No, that's not allowed, you're not supposed to share photos and videos I've taken with other people. However, you can share this site.

8: What are the rules on this website?

Each website has its own rules. I also have my own rules. You can read it very extensively in the Regulations ⚖️. There are many rules in it. Read it carefully to avoid misunderstandings.

9: What should I do if I experience a problem?

The size of your problem doesn't matter. What does matter is where you report your problem. If you report your problem via whatsapp or Instagram, your complaint will not be resolved. All issues should be sent via email. Describe your problem and take a screen shot of the problem. Add it as a file. This way I can see what is there. Through the regulation you can read when your problem or complaint becomes an urgent complaint. Or when your problem is not solved because it simply does not go away.

10: When does the site go offline?

The website goes offline in a few scenarios to ensure safety for visitors. In the regulation article 4 you can see when the site goes offline. Preferably the site is online 24/7. But in a number of cases, the site can go offline.

  • dit komt nog wel is voor. hier kan ik niks aan doen. probeer het later opnieuw

DNS-adres klopt niet?
  • dit word door Google zelf verholpen. dit kan maximaal een dag duren. 

(Melding) criminele activiteiten op deze site
  • Deze melding komt geregeld voor. Heb ik geen oplossing(en) voor.
  • probeer het de volgende dag opnieuw of ga naar instellingen. 

Pagina laad niet meer?
  • Controleer je verbinding
  • Heb je internet?
  • Werkt het met 4G wel? Zo niet zet je 4G uit en dan na 10 secondes weer aan.
  • Zet de WiFi router na alles geprobeerd te hebben uit en na een minuut weer aan. 

Ik kan soms niet op de website, wat nu?

Vaak komt dit probleem voor de beveiligde verbinding. Als je 4g aan zet en je wifi uit dan heb je dat probleem niet meer.

  • Check your connection
  • Do you have internet?
  • Does it work with 4G?
  • If not, turn off 4G and then turn it back on after 10 seconds.
  • Turn off the WiFi router after trying everything and turn it back on after a minute. 

I can't visit this website sometimes, what now?

Often this problem comes before the secure connection. If you turn 4G on and turn off your Wi-Fi, you won't have that problem anymore.
